Guidelines and license conditions governing your use of Noema Browser and related software.
1. Software License
Noema is a desktop workspace browser developed by Prisalya. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Prisalya grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to download and execute Noema for personal or commercial productivity.
2. User Data Ownership
All data generated during your usage of Noema—including local history, saved bookmarks, workspace profiles, and custom themes—remains your exclusive property. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of your SQLite data directory.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute modified binary distributions of Noema in ways that misrepresent the Prisalya brand or compromise user privacy.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Noema is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prisalya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local software execution or third-party web content accessed through the browser.
